When booking an appointment you will be required to place a card on file to reserve your appointment time. Please note that your card will not be charged unless the following issues occur! Cancellation: I require a minimum of a 48 hour notice to cancel / reschedule an appointment. This way i can accommodate others needing an appointment!! I understand life happens, and i will be happy to work with you as best as i can! If you must cancel an appointment within 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of your service scheduled!! No call / No show: In the event of a no call / no show you will be required to pay 100% of your scheduled service! Exceptions will be made on a case by case bases. Please understand that i am only paid by what is in my chair and i cannot fill an appointment so last minute! THANK YOU: I understand that things happen that we cannot control! Just please be respectful of my time and give me a heads up if something comes up and you are unable to make your appointment.
